After 6 games won, Panthers Roseto led "Serie B Femminile".
Last game, a 60-19 win against CUS Chieti, allowed Panthers Roseto to win sixth
straight game and lead "Serie B Femminile", obtaining 2 wins more than New Aurora
Pescara, the biggest adversar for the road to Female 3th Italian League at the end
of regular season.
After first 6 games of the first round, a 6-games second round is scheduled until
the playoffs between first 2 teams in overall standings.

“L’Aquila per la Vita” Panthers Roseto began very well their run
in Italian Female basketball 4th league winning the only two games played.
After the easy win 68-42 “on the road” against CUS Chieti, thanks to more experienced
players and good overall offensive effort, second game, 7 days after that one, saw
Roseto’s female team prevail in final 2 minutes, and for the first time ever, against
New Aurora Pescara, defeated 58-54, in a balanced and tight game...

After 4 games of the second round panthers have 2 Wins and 2 Losses
Female team of Panthers Roseto found another win in Italian BBall 4th League
grabbing the fifth place in overall standing after defeating 75-24 at Home CUS Chieti.
A more sized and experienced team, Panthers Roseto took the lead early in the first
period, 12-4 after 5’ and 24-8 at the end of the first quarter, using all of their
players on the offensive side and so prevailing easily.
Except for injured forward/guard Marta Pacioni, forced to leave the game after 3’
, every player scored at least 2 points with 4 in double digit, led by 17 from Center
Emilia Vasile..

Winning streak extended to 3 games, after win against Popoli
In the “30-2” first quarter there’s the difference between two teams with
Panthers physically and technically stronger than the visitors in both of half-courts.
7 players in double digit led by 27 points from Captain Chiara Giannitto (’85; p/g)
while guards Francesca Minora (’87) and Federica Di Febo (’88) added 14 apiece behind

Female team lost to Penne 36-46 in final minutes of the match
After a balanced game, Panthers Roseto couldn’t overcame tiredness in final minutes losing captain Chiara Giannitto, their best scorer, fouled out, giving away the win to adversars with final score of 36-46.
Even if, after a bad start, Panthers tried to cut the deficit and led at the halftime 25-21, thanks to 15-4 run, lack of offensive skills and poor shooting from Panthers allowed Penne to get advantage in a balanced game until the final 3’ of the game in which, from 35-37 lead of Penne, 3-points play, 2 points and a foul received, from Caso fuelled hosts towards victory.

Panthers Roseto won its first "official" game in Italian fourth league defeating easily CUS Chieti 84-55.

Defeated Cepagatti with large margin of 57 points, 87-30 final score.
In the first homely win for the team of Panthers Roseto, the technical gap between two teams was early evident in the 29-11 1st quarter thanks to backcourt led by 21 points only from Di Febo-Giannitto-Pacioni.
Panthers kept on pushing offensively using all their players and ruled the court in all stats, having some troubles only “in the paint” and in “outside shooting”.

On November the 14th at the PalaMaggetti female team of Panthers Roseto, supported by “L’Aquila per la Vita”, a Cancer supportive care organization, will play their opening game in Championship of regional Serie B against Adriatica Pescara, considered one of the best team along with New Aurora Pescara.
For Panthers Roseto it’s the fourth straight experience in Serie B after the participation to the play-offs in the first 2 seasons and the last season third place in overall standings.

In Mid-September the female team of Roseto started pre-camp
After 5 months off, along with the summer rest, female basketball team of Panthers Roseto re-group for training camp in preparation to duties of 4th Italian league female championship (called also Serie B regionale) starting in late October.
Technical staff is trying to contact some players, above all on “frontcourt spots” to complete the definitive roster that will face upcoming regular season.
