Great win for Panthers Roseto 

Panthers Roseto won its first "official" game in Italian fourth league defeating easily CUS Chieti 84-55.
After the lead in the 1st quarter, 22-20, homely female team in blue jersey could run 19-9 in the second thanks to its back-court, its ability to score and to contest shots better than hosts, catching a quite 41-29 at the halftime.
The dominance of the paint in rebounds, 3 players reaching double digit, with 63 total boards, many 2nd points chances and 11/13 FT on the last two quarters allowed Panthers to manage the game and to prevail over adversars until the final score.

Female Serie B overall standings see Panthers climbing it up in 7th position with 2 points in 6 games (the other Panthers' win against Cepagatti was canceled by Basketball Federation) trailing only 4 points to fourth place and the possibility to grab another win in next game at Popoli on January the 10th 2010
