Panthers Roseto lost to Adriatica Basket Pescara 

After struggling through all the 40’, female team of Panthers Roseto lost badly 38-23 at pescara against Adriatica Pescara, second in seeding of  Basketball Italian fourth league.
After a balanced first quarter, ended 8-5 for home team, Panthers collapsed on the offensive side scoring only 3 points in next two quarters, suffering Pescara’s 26 points, and trying to cut the deficit until the final score to 38-23, thanks to fourth quarter’ 13 points form duo Pacioni-Giannitto.
Giannitto led the short-handed Panthers (out 4 players) with 10 in 36’, but also 7 TO, and Pacioni added 5 points, along with 16reb. and 9 steals, while all the team shot poorly from the field with 19.5% (8/41) and with 28% in FT (7/25) losing the ball 35 times.
Overall standing sees Panthers ranking sixth with 4 points and in next game they will face Basket Centro Abruzzo, third with 10 points, on Jan the 24 at 8PM in Roseto degli Abruzzi’s PalaMaggetti.
