Panthers Roseto find again the win
Female team of Panthers Roseto found another win in
Italian BBall 4th League grabbing
the fifth place in overall standing after defeating 75-24 at Home CUS Chieti.
A more sized and experienced team, Panthers Roseto took the lead early in the first period, 12-4 after 5’ and 24-8 at the end of the first quarter, using all of their players on the offensive side and so prevailing easily.
Except for injured forward/guard Marta Pacioni, forced to leave the game after 3’ , every player scored at least 2 points with 4 in double digit, led by 17 from Center Emilia Vasile.
Panthers shot FT with 58.8% and 2pt. FG with 40.5% getting 3 triples of 8 attempts, 37.5% beyond the arc.
None of the “panthers” had more than 29’ in a well-balanced game. Panthers got 8th seasonal win of 18 played scoring well over their average, 60,3 ppg.
After using the rest in Easter Festivity, next game will see panthers battling against Adriatica Pescara, second in standings, on March the 10th at the PalaElettra, in Pescara .
